Student Personal Information

Parents/caregivers are required to complete an enrolment form with all the relevant information the school requires about each student – this information is confidential. In the case of an emergency we may need to contact parents/caregivers, so it is essential that the school be notified of any changes to the enrolment information during the year (i.e. change of address, phone numbers etc).

The school has 3 transition programs:

(1) Students turning 5, transition from kindergarten.
(2) Students who attend feeder primary schools who attend OAS for year 8.
(3) Senior students are supported to successfully transition from either school to University, TAFE, Traineeships or Work.
