Lynley has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a social worker for over 25 years and an accredited mental health social worker for over 12 years. She has worked in not for profit
organisations, government organisations and recently from the youth sector as the clinical lead at Mount Barker Headspace.

She has experience in case management, individual and group counselling and therapy, proving staff training, Employee Assistant Programs, critical incident management for heavy industry, Catholic Education and health, and in the last 12 years has managed a private client loading which she currently provides therapy and services to young neurodiverse and
LGTBQIA+ clients with long term and acute mental health needs and diagnosis.
